Fine n Dandy Herbals was created from a deep desire to work with plant medicine and to help others on their health journey of restoring physiological wellbeing.  Fine n Dandy Herbals does not make any claims to diagnose or cure any illness or disease. 

Each client is responsible for disclosing in advance any and all medications they may be taking, any diagnosed medical conditions, specifically a history or heart, liver or kidney disease,  and to inform the herbalist of any changes to these things. This is very important so the herbalist can assess if any herb/drug  contraindications or cautions  exist in order to formulate a safe and effective herbal tonic for client. .  

I hereby understand the treatment is used to support overall health and wellness and any prescribed remedy is to be used as a complimentary to a medical doctor's treatment.  Herbal medicine is extremely safe and effective when taken as directed, allergic reactions such as headache, skin rashes and digestive upsets are rare and usually resolve quickly.  Speak to your herbalist if any of these occur. As your herbalist I will prescribe within safe guidelines, but it is your responsibility to disclose any medications you are taking or any disease you have been diagnosed with. I have read and acknowledged these conditions and hereby voluntarily consenting to my Western Herbal Consultation.
